Resolvio Pty Ltd built the Resolve Responder app as a free app. This SERVICE is provided by Resolvio Pty Ltd at no cost and is intended for use as is.
This page is used to inform users regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decides to use our Service.
If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

The Resolve Responder app is designed to capture information about activities that take place as part of resolving an Incident or completing a Task. The app primarily uses information already provided by your managing organisation to enable login and provide you with appropriate information to guide your activities.
The information we process includes:
User registration does not happen within the app. You must already be pre-approved to use the app by your managing organisation before you can access the service.
Apart from your name, no personal data is shared between users of the application.
Important: Resolvio does not own the activity data you generate while using the app. This data belongs to your managing organisation (typically your employer or an organisation you volunteer with).
The activity-related data you input is shared only with your managing organisation to inform them of actions taken to help resolve incidents or complete assigned tasks. This is the primary function of the Resolve Responder mobile application.
We do not:
Your managing organisation's privacy policies will dictate what they do with the activity-related data you generate. We recommend reviewing your organisation's privacy policy to understand how they handle your information.
The Resolve Responder mobile application may optionally request permission to use your phone's camera during the platform onboarding/connection process. This permission is optional, and an alternative method is provided that does not require camera access, though it may be less convenient.
No other device permissions are required for the app to function.
We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in case of an error in the app, we collect data and information on your device called Log Data. Data Location: All data is stored in Australia and is treated with the protections required for sovereign data. In the future, there may be installations in other international jurisdictions, but no data will be shared across jurisdictional boundaries.
Security Measures: All personal and activity data is encrypted at rest. We implement industry-standard security practices to protect your information.

However, remember that no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
To access, correct, or delete your personal information, you will need to contact your managing organisation directly, as they control the data retention and management policies for the activity data generated through the app.
